BioWhy, hello.
cALLIEfornia BENches is a penname (or pseudonym--however you wish to see it) for ScribbledLove and mahoganyBENch. Though we've both written stories separately, this is our first collaborative effort at a story on FF. (No, neither of us have any other stories on fanfic.)
Yes, we really are cALLIEfornia BENches. LiveJournal just won't let us have a name that long, so it had to be shortened. :)
We both have completely different styles of writing: Ben (mahoganyBENch) is much more of an action man, while I, Allie (ScribbledLove) am much more of a romance writer.
Combine the two and you get What He Would Have Wanted.
We're both super TwiHard fans. We're completely normal (but isn't that what they all say?) so feel free to talk to us as you please. We've got a joint email so if you PM us, whoever sees it first will respond. (Which, nine times out of ten will be me; Allie, considering it's a permanently-open window on my computer).
Both Ben and I love The Hush Sound, Paramore, Cobra Starship, and Death Cab, among others, and have two kick-ass handshakes that tend to be a weird form of entertainment for our friends. (I'm not lying when I say we get small crowds of people to watch our handshakes. They're preeeeeetty unbelievable.) We both spend a good amount of time writing--if not for fanfiction, for ourselves--and reading.
We both happen to live in the great and legendary Forks--I mean Seattle, Washington (whoa... almost spaced there). I guess you could say that the rain and cloud cover here is what keeps us glued to our computers and sitting on floors thinking of interesting plots.
ALSO: We are available Beta Readers, so check out our profile which Ben so meticulously conjured up! But seriously, since there's two of us, you'll get more editing than you need... well, you can never be too sure. SO CHECK IT OUT, YO!
TOPIC: What were our thoughts on BD? To put it simply; we both felt as though we were just reading another fanfiction. And in this case? That wasn't a good thing. Let's leave it at that.

Many of the chapters and plots are derived from Ben's rambunctious and unnatural mind. So he thanks you.
